Making hard cheeses at home is fun and easy. This class we will be making a 2 hour cheese curd, the building block to a variety of different cheeses. Along with making cheese curds we will make ricotta, a class favorite and discuss the differences in process for a variety of different cheeses. Throughout the class will introduce you to the processes, equipment, and ingredients needed to make excellent cheese at home! The cost of the class in $40.00 and will include snacks and samples of homemade cheese.
This class will begin at 10am and end around 1pm on Saturday, January 25th. No physical ticket is required. Your name will be added to the class roster upon purchase through this page.
